Information you share with CC Pro Insights — through our online intake form, Google Workspace scheduling tools, phone calls, text messages, or email — is collected and processed to help you evaluate and enroll in Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug, or Medicare Supplement plans. We store contact and scheduling data securely using Firebase/Firestore databases, calendar scheduling services, our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and email communications.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is shared only as necessary to assist you: with insurance carriers and CMS-approved enrollment platforms (such as PlanEnroll and Sunfire) to obtain quotes and process enrollments you authorize, and with our administrative tools (FMO partner databases, secure CRMs, and email hosts) supporting our insurance operations.

We retain contact records, scheduling logs, CRM profiles, and email correspondences in accordance with CMS record retention requirements (minimum of 10 years) and applicable state insurance laws.

Any protected health information (PHI) you share — including doctor names, prescription drug lists, dosages, medical histories, or diagnoses — is handled in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and applicable state privacy laws. This clinical information is stored securely in our HIPAA-compliant database systems, including secure CRM systems and encrypted Firestore storage. PHI is utilized solely to analyze, run plan comparisons, and identify specific Medicare plans that align with your medical and financial requirements.

In compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) rules, all marketing, sales, and enrollment calls (including phone calls and online video sessions) are recorded in their entirety. These audio and video recordings are stored securely under lock-and-key digital encryption for a minimum of ten (10) years.

All data transmitted through web forms on this website is encrypted using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocols. Any unauthorized review, dissemination, duplication, or disclosure of communications or data submitted through this website is strictly prohibited.
