About Cameron

A Straightforward Guide Through A Complicated System.

As the Principal of CCProInsights and a licensed independent insurance agent, my focus is helping Medicare-eligible individuals confidently navigate their insurance alternatives.

Because I'm independent, I represent multiple carriers — not just one. That means I can compare plans side-by-side based on your doctors, medications, and budget instead of steering you toward a single company's product line.

What To Expect

From First Call To Final Plan

A simple, transparent process. Here is exactly what happens after you book a time with me.

Fill out the intake form

A short form so I have your basics (doctors, prescriptions, zip code) before we ever speak.

Go to the intake form

Book a time

Pick a slot in the calendar that works for you. The first call is a relaxed introduction.

Talk through your needs

We cover your situation in plain language. No paperwork is required for this conversation.

Sign an SOA before pricing

When we move into specific plans and premiums, you sign the Scope of Appointment electronically on PlanEnroll.

Review your options

I walk you through the plans that fit, with side-by-side comparisons and clear next steps.

Plan Enrollment Clarity

Scope of Appointment (SOA)

When It's Needed

A signed Scope of Appointment (SOA) is required before we discuss specific plan benefits, premiums, or pricing — whether that happens during our first call or a follow-up. No SOA is needed simply to book or start a conversation. This is a CMS requirement and simply documents which Medicare topics we'll cover.

Signing the SOA electronically on PlanEnroll is simple, but we've created a step-by-step visual tutorial so the process is clear when the time comes.

How the Process Works

  • 1Fill out the intake form
  • 2Book a time on the calendar
  • 3Talk through your needs — no SOA yet
  • 4Sign SOA before any pricing discussion
  • 5Review personalized plan comparisons

PlanEnroll

My Secure Plan Portal

PlanEnroll is the CMS-compliant platform I use to send your Scope of Appointment, run side-by-side plan comparisons, and process enrollments when you're ready. My personal link below opens straight to my profile so anything you submit is associated with my agency.

You don't need to visit PlanEnroll to book a call — I'll send you a direct link when it's time to sign your SOA. The link is here as a reference if you'd like to look around in advance.

Encrypted & Secure

PlanEnroll uses the same TLS encryption standards as banks and government sites. Every submission travels privately and is handled under strict CMS rules.

  • End-to-end encrypted transmission
  • SOA documents permission — not enrollment
  • Independent licensed agent, not a government program
